Is Fox a little dog?  What kind of coat?  You didn't tell us about Fox.  I have a pug and she dosen't like rain, snow or cold either.  We put a sweater on her and keep her outside until she goes to the bathroom.  Bundle yourself up, put a sweater on Fox and go for a walk to help keep warm - he will go.

1 ) Fox got it rabie shot yesterday

2 ) Equal a car ride fox dislikes PERIOD

3 ) Than got sick up basically has ate nothing today

4 ) Than brrrrrrrrr

What factors do these play into FOX not doing his duties outside today than ?

Call the vet and let them know he's not acting like himself.  It could be a little reaction to the vaccine.  Willow has had diarrhea after a shot and she didn't feel herself either.

As far as not wanting to go to the bathroom when the weathers bad--I'm used to that.  Willow has a huge thick coat and if it's raining or there is too much snow forget pooping for the day.
