Congrats on the home. I just saw this thread so I hope I'm not too late.
My answer for you is this: Exercise, exercise, exercise. Physical, mental and social (as much as possible.)
When her body is tired and her mind is on "getting that treat out of the toy" she'll be less likely to worry about the new surroundings. Routine is very important as well, like the other posters have said. When she knows what time dinner is, what time her walks are, where her "place" is, and the new time schedule for everything else, she'll settle down.
She's got thousands of new smells, new sights and new sounds to get used to. I'm sure she'll get back to being the Willow you know very soon.
