Lizzie is being a bad girl. Please Help!!

I am at my wits end with Lizzie. She has made such a sudden turn around. She was always such a good girl, but now shes turned into a little monster.

1.) Since moving into our new home she has been peeing and pooping in our walkway, the driveway and everything that has cement (including my moms porch!) I know this is probably because when she was a young pup, she had to do her business on the cement because I had no yard. How can I get her to stop?

The only way I can get her to poo in the grass is if I tie her up, but what about during the day when Im not home? My moms Golden uses the grass so I was hoping she would learn, but no such luck.

2.) Shes become a total maniac. She has started 'fence guarding' I think the big yard is too overwhelming for her. She barks at people passing by and at the motorcycles that frequent the area. I know its not boredom, shes constantly playing with my moms Golden and we give her lots of attention and different toys. Im worried that the neighbors will become annoyed.

3.) This is the one that worries me most. Last night we did a quick run to the store. When we got back and started to back into the driveway she started barking and lunging at the tires. If we would have backed up fast enough we wouldve run her over. My sons grandmother had a Chi who would do this all the time and he was eventually run over, I dont want the same thing to happen to her.

I know I can just hold her while they are backing into the driveway, but what if one day im not there? I want her to stop.

Please help me, I am really at my wits end and my mom is getting really annoyed with her. I need to get this under control, because here there is no Animal Control. If the neighbors get annoyed with her I dont even want to know what they would do.

    1) Crate her. Walk her on leash until she knows where to go - crate her when you are not there.

    2) Crate her. Don't give her all that time to amuse herself - she sounds like a typical herder left to her own devices. Plus, more structured playtime is needed.

    3) Crate her. When you are not there, until she's learned to expect amusement from YOU only, she needs to be restrained. You are right, you will lose her quickly if she's allowed to keep that up. I've known many BCs that were lost this way - I recently installed a gate so I could get the dogs up before someone comes in. Also, you can set her up - leave her out, drive in carefully, and lean out the window and dump a jug of water on her - or squirt her with a super soaker, or something else highly aversive (like a rattle can). You might have to do this a couple times with different cars. I had to do this last week to my little pup - he's a nutcase over tires.
