What you're finding out is that an 11 week old pup just can't hold it over night. You may find that she can't hold herself for 6 hours, as you are planning, and might need to adjust your schedule a bit.
Do take a look at the size of her crate, as someone else suggested. This really is important. A dog, by nature, doesn't want to mess where she sleeps. If the crate is too large, you give her the option of pooping on one end and sleeping on the other. She needs room enough to turn around and to lay down. No more. Partition the crate off if you need to.
You also indicate she pees whenever you leave the room. This is a separete issue. There are many threads here on housebreaking. Search them out and study them. For the most part, you should not be leaving the room without your pup until she is housebroken. Tether her to you and watch her. Every time she messes in the house, it reinforces her belief that it is okay for her to do so. Every time she messes in the house, it is YOUR fault and not hers. That is the mindset you should have.
Puppies are a pain in the butt and personally, I wouldn't have one, but once you get her through this, your life will be much easier.
