Teaching Down?

• spiritdogs Posted : 5/2/2006 4:22:22 PM When he's doing it consistently, add the word "down".  Then, use "down" to request the behavior.  If he does it, say "good down" and have a party - three or four rewards instead of one.  Then, start asking for "down" in different places.  Then, outside or in the garage.  Wherever.  Then you can start spacing the treats out so he doesn't get one every single time. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
