Golden wont go into laundry room!

• Golden wont go into laundry room! Julitza Posted : 6/5/2006 8:48:48 AM My mom keeps her (our) 2year old Golden inside a very small laundry room. She has been doing this for mor ethan 6 months since she moved into her new house. But lately she will refuse to go in there. My mom will call her and even offer her a treat but she will refuse to go and when she is in she will whine for a while.   She is always taken outside before getting put in the laundry room so its not that she has her bladder full. What can be causing this? She is with us all day, is taken out for about half an hour (to use the potty) after everyone wakes up then she is back in the house. Also dogs can be scared of such crazy random things like are the garbage cans right out back where racoons get into them and she can hear? Is there a tree branch that scrapes longside the house? It is also a natural instincts that if a dog is apart from the pack then they are as good as dead but you say he didnt have a problem before. Anything different with the changing season's like mice in the air duct? Has she switched beds? Taken out toys? Left the dryer door open?
