    Puppy Planning

This is going to seem absolutely, positively, utterly ridiculous coming from me.....but I need help planning for puppy.

The puppy in question is Lachlan Quinlake Hellfire, aka "Riddle". Now, Riddle hasn't even been conceived yet, but I'm hoping for him to be here by March/April.

It has been almost 3 years since I last had a puppy (Where does the time go!?), and I can't remember everything I bought for Strauss. Time to plan anew!

    So far I've got:

    1. Dishes
    2. Food (He'll be on Natural Balance All Life Stages I think)
    3. Leash and collar
    4. Kennel (Got one all picked out)
    5. Toys and chewies (I can't lie, I'm expecting the puppy from hell xD)

That's just normal stuff. Show stuff wise I'm planning on:

    1. Several new show leads and collars
    2. Tack box (Been saving)
    3. Grooming Supplies (brushes and combs)
    4. Grooming powders
    5. Nail Clippers (For quick snips, though he'll mostly be a Dremel dog)
    6. Thinning shears (Got some nice ones for free!)
    7. New forced air dryer (been saving for that too!)
    8. Grooming table (plan on buying one at the GSDCA national)

You guys have anything to add, show wise or regular puppy wise? I'm so out of practice o.o

One thing I was glad to have ahead of time was enzyme cleaner for accidents. Maybe you won't have any accidents! But just in case. We use Nature's Miracle.

We also bought bitter apple spray ahead of time but haven't had to use it.

    Baby gate if needed?

That's all I can think of...

When I got Buck I bought: chew toys, puppy food, collar, identification tag, wood floor cleaner, and I think thats it. I've had 2 dogs for years so when Chinook passed and I got Buck, alot of Chinook's stuff got turned into Buck's stuff. Don't forget the vet appt!
