need a good stain remover

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how to best get stains (urine and vomit) out of carpet? We've been using Simple Solution stain and odor remover (enzymatic), but lately, I don't know if Shenzi's urine is stronger or what, because now I have all these nasty yellow marks on my carpet. Areas where I previously thought were cleaned are coming up yellow. We soak up the urine, soak the area with the cleaner, and then soak that up, but it's like it's just not working. I've tried spot cleaner to no avail. Do I need to steam clean the carpet? Is there something out there (please say yes) that will get out these stains? Our house is only 1.5 years old, and the carpet already looks like it needs to be replaced b/c of the spots. This is the reason why I've never wanted an indoor dog. We have her chewing mostly under control (cross fingers), but the peeing has got to stop.

I belive Shenzi's almost 6 months old, so could this be a rebellion, or cry for attention?

This is what I use...don't know if it will help with the stains. I think it will. I got a yellow stain out of a white mattress with it!

I've had some really good luck with Folex - I've gotten out some pretty old stains with it. It comes in a big quart spray bottle & you can get it at Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot & Lowes.
