Puppy Agression?

Let me see if I got that right... he growled when you accidentally kicked him? And he also growls whenever you move him? And what are "puppy bones" BTW? I have to ask... have you brought your pup to the vet? The behavior might have something to do with him not feeling well, if these are the first and only times they've manifested.

No, I was moving him to prevent me from accidently kicking him because he was laying right by my leg. He growls basically when he doesn't get his way I think? (When I won't give him something or when I try and move him ..sometimes) I never punish or hit him or yell.. I just simply say "baby you can't have that" and pick him up and move him.
I'm taking him to the vet this week just for a check-up and to see if he's due for any shots so maybe if something is wrong they can tell me.. but honestly my vet isn't that great. [&:] 
Puppy bones are just a very small version of regular bones and are made so they won't hurt a pup's belly. Here are the two kinds I give him;

and I get these from a store called UPCO, I don't think they are located anywhere but where I live -- they're a pet supply store.

If you go into the treats isle at Petco you could find a lot more.

I would take the pup to the vet sounds like he might be in some kind of pain.

I'm taking him tomorrow as soon as I get my paycheck ..which is at 2:30 or even sooner if you really think I should? He's been laying around the house a lot more than he usually does and his nose is still dry. I'm not sure but maybe he is dehydrated? His mouth looks a little dry but I'm not sure how to tell if they are. The 3rd day I had him he threw up twice and I honestly think it was because my nephew accidently left the cat food down and he tried to eat it, I didn't know because I was at work..
However the only reason I think he's just being mean is because he'll get up and snap at me in my face if I'm eating and I won't share, which I'm not going to do. He'll be really mean to the dogs for no reason, biting their legs and face and making Pedro yelp. Any advice would be great.

Hope your pup gets better soon. As for his issues with the other dogs, how old is he? What's his history?

The baby is will be 11 weeks on wednesday. Pedro (my other Chi) is 2 ½ and Tj is 11 ½ -- they all play and get along but now the baby is being a lot more aggressive towards the other dogs. He will bite their face and try and 'drag them' and bite their legs and Pedro really gets mad and sometimes he yelps because the baby hurts him. It's kind of funny because he's just so tiny and he's doing all this but it's really not..
 
His history as far as I've been told was that the breeder had him and his mother used to play with him and his sister and two brothers and then she sold him to this lady who lives about 15 minutes away from me. She sold him to the lady because she needed to find a 'friend' for her older dog. The older dog had a companion who died and wouldn't eat or sleep or play so her vet tried medicine that didn't work and then suggested she get the dog a 'friend'. Her dog was an older Chi who was approx. 12 years old. ..and that's all I know. Hope that helps. [&:]

Chi's can be aggressive little snots when they don't get their way, if they haven't had proper training.  Since you don't know what the previous owners did, no sense blaming them, but it does sound like they didn't do much to convince him that he wasn't the boss.
So, all you can do is start from scratch with NILIF and good training.  I'd get him into a class pronto - some training centers even have classes specially designed for small dogs.

I only work 3 days a week.. and at $80-90 per paycheck I'm not sure I can afford to take him to behavior class right now.

Last night ..when he wasn't feeling well, we were trying to get situated to go to sleep and I was trying to move him so I didn't accidently kick him during the night but he growled at me when I did. (note; that's the first time he's ever growled at me

 
He is laying around more than usual, dry nose, ears were hot(in first post you said).  He threw up, question to why there....
 
I think you are right that the dog is sick.  I would get him right in to your vet and get him on his way back to health before he gets really sick.

I wasn't sure on the whole 'sick' situation.. a couple of hours his nose would be dry, the next it was wet. His ears still feel a little warm though so I don't know what's going on. I'm not sure if he gets pooped out easily or if he's not feeling good because one minute he'll be playing with me and the other dogs and you'll look over and he's taking a nap. Today he was sleeping and I went upstairs and he didn't even follow me (which he usually wakes up because he can hear me walk up the stairs) and he follows me EVERYWHERE.. so I knew something was wrong.
 
Anyway we have an appointment to see the vet tomorrow at 3, so I'll let you guys know how that turned out. We're also trying a new vet and hopefully we will like them ..at my old one, I took Tj and Pedro in for a check-up and since they were growling the doctor didn't even really look them over, say anything about their weight, check their teeth or anything. Plus, when he cut their toenails he made both TJ and Pedro bleed on one of their nails! [:@]
 
Also, dogslife, I don't know if you accidently read it too fast or not.. but I thought the reason he threw up was because I think my nephew left the cat food down and I believe he either ate that or adult dog food. When I looked at his vomit (and yes I did ..I wanted to see what he could have possibly eaten or if it was bloody) it looked like possibly cat/dog food chunks were in it. Maybe that made his tummy upset? He hasn't thrown up since then.
