Just moved again - bad behavior has appeared

Hi looking for help - I have two wonderful pound puppies and for all my life ups and downs they have been there for me - so now I need to help them. They are 10 and 8 years old. I got divorced two years ago and moved across the country (twice now) - Texas to Seattle and now to ABQ, NM. One of my dogs, Lantana (8 yrs old) behavior has gotten very bad - she doesn't listen, she jumps on strangers, she runs off when not leashed (new) she barks at all sorts of noises (new) and won't potty until the very last moment - usually when I'm running out the door to work. I'm walking them twice a day and trying to reinforce positive time with them.  It's exhausting and I'm trying everything I know but I'm at my wits end and feel like I can never leave them alone.  Any suggestions, comments or plain common sense solutions are appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum.

Congratulations on your divorce.  It was good for me and, hopefully, it will be good for you.  [:)]

I don't think it is unusual for a dog, in a new environment, to regress a bit in their training.  It will probably be temporary.  I would spend some time with them, every day, working on obedience.  Make sure they get lots of exercise and know who the boss is.  They will come around and be the dogs you are used to again.

I need help too!!! I just moved after 9 months in one location to a very small apt. where I have to take my dog out for walks every time he needs to go. I take him at least 2 and sometimes 3 times a day to the park across the street. However, there are times I must leave him at home! He is used to going with me everywhere and staying in the car (Benny's Kennel) when I am at work. This past week has been bad-I left him at home in my apt. 2 times-the other day for a few hours, today for just 3. He pooped on my bed, right next to my pillow both times!!! I can't handle this behavior! He is an awesome dog-half Corgie, half G. Shep. and really well trained. What do I do??? I don't have the option anymore to take him with me everywhere since it gets too warm in my car!! He never did this before at my old place....
