Do dogs that hate humans love other dogs?

At least with GSDs, some dogs have what we call "social aggression" which means active (not reactive) aggression towards non-pack members.  "Pack" can be humans and dogs and SA is directed towards humans and dogs.

 Thanks Liesje.  I just have this GSD Bitch (mix?) that is very dog aggressive. seems to have a "dog brain" very dominant around other dogs, bosses the other two dogs around, and goes ape when she sees a strange dog.The thing is, she is indifferent to humans. Took her to the flea market and she didn't seem to notice all the people around her. Its almost as if humans don't exist in her world, yet when I leave her in the truck to walk in the store for something she cries and yelps as I walk away, so I know she at least knows I am alive.

I had her in the back of the pick up and observed her from inside the store. people would walk by close enough to brush against her and she didn't even look at them. Just kept watching for me to come out. Its as if all her passion is reserved for other dogs and she has none left over for humans.
