Sounds like you need to convince your parents to hire a trainer now before they have a law suit on their hands.
Seriously, how do you get "lawsuit" out of a puppy biting an older resident dog? Seriously.....
OP, you have a puppy. A big puppy, yes, but still a puppy. Puppies bite & chew on other dogs unless they are taught not to. The easiest way to start teaching this is to let the puppy drag a leash around so that when he starts bullying the older dog, you can remove him & redirect his attention elsewhere. When I have a puppy who does this, I remove the pup by using the leash, & we play with a stuffed toy for a few seconds. You just have to spend enough time to distract the puppy. You do have to be consistent so that the toy becomes more interesting than chewing on the other dog.
To get the puppy used to the crate, I would try to make the crate a fun place to be. I would feed him in his crate. Put toys in the crate, & make the crate as comfortable as possible. When I am just starting to crate train a puppy, I try to make sure that they are exhausted before I crate them. They are far less likely to object, loudly, if they are tired & ready for a nap. My most recent puppy ate exclusively from food dispensers, in her crate, from the moment that she came home with me. The crate, quickly, became a fun place for her, & after she had worked for her meal, she was happy to settle down for a nap. She still loves her crate, & is perfectly content to nap in there.
I would seek out the help of a good, positive trainer to help you with your new puppy. I would also start using NILF (nothing in life is free) around the house.
