    The general does not give an option to the privates either, or gives something in exchange for the privates to do things Cool. They must follow orders or else. I dont think an army analogy is the best one to ilustrate a point like that Stick out tongue

    True.  Even if you do have to follow a general's orders, you have always have the choice whether to respect and like him or not while you do it.
