I love all of her videos, she always has such great training tips/advice. I love her new pup, hes so cute.

It would be awesome if she got a TV show for Dogmantics Big Smile It would be soo much better than that "Superfetch" one thats on Animal planet now.

It is beginning to annoy me when dog trainers just make up words to describe something that is already named in behavior analysis. Use the right words, instead of making up things that aren't agreed upon, thereby confusing people. I didn't watch the whole thing through since Dancing with the Stars is on now. I'm hoping in addition to the response interruption, there is perhaps some redirection involved too. If not, I see the potential for the dog training the human. "Every time I eye up her socks, she makes that funny noise, and I get a treat. I should eat socks more."

To my knowledge, Emily is a trainer, not a behaviorist.  But, if it annoys you that much, here's a place for you to really vent: http://www.cesarsway.com/contact

Yeah, I know Emily's a trainer. I'm don't care about what Cesar says, I don't want anyone taking that nut seriously any more than they already do.  I'm just saying, good trainers should use the language of behavior. I think it'll go a long way in terms of being taken seriously. Again, another issue for another thread there though.

    Amen to that.
