How can I get Simba comfortable with me touching his face, mouth and ears

So, for the most part Simba is good with basically everything. Unless I'm trying to get his eye gooks(thats what I call them) off of his eyes, try to touch his mouth or look in his ears. Sometimes he puts up with it, other times he doesn't and I want him to get used to it so I can clean his ears, which definitly need to be cleaned, and also I want to start brushing his teeth soon. He doesn't snap, but he does mouth, which I know is normal for a puppy but its still annoying. :P

    Any ideas?

I'm not sure if she has a video that addresses this exactly but you should be able to figure it out if you learn clicker training. :)  Makes this sort of thing so easy.

Toots, lets me do anything to her. Just keep touching him all the time.

As Toots wrote, just keep touching.  Rub his ears, then stroke his muzzle once.  Rub his ears, stroke under his eye, rub his ears, stroke under the other eye. Massage his muzzle, stroke under his eye.  Massage his shoulders, stroke one of his front legs.  Etc. Stroking him to calm him down (long side stroke from neck to thigh) after a bout of exercise could be a regular routine for him, at which time you can incorporate various touching so that he becomes familiar with it in a comforting way.

you can clicker train this too, start touching him and when he's relaxed c/t he'll start to associate you touching him all over with relaxation
