    Flyball

This weekend we're off to our first tournament of the year! Yea. Heading down to Raleigh, NC. Anyone in that area want to come by and say hello? We're expecting you Becca! Hopefully the snow and ice that most of the country has been experiencing will stay away. Hope everyone is safe and warm.

Good luck Linda!  Crossing my fingers that you'll have pictures to show us of your pups in action.  [:)]

Good luck this weekend Linda! Give the puppers a smooch on the nose for me. Looks like the weekend will be nice, so hopefully no weather to trouble you guys!

I'll have my camera so if I'm "off-duty" one or two races I'll take some pictures of the team in action!

Can't wait - herding one weekend and flyball the next - does life get better?[sm=clapping hands smiley.gif]

Oh boy, we've got our own photographer!!! I love pictures of my dogs and can never get enough. I'll be sure to post what we get. Looking forward to seeing you Becca.

    Wishing everyone a good weekend.

    Hey guys:

Linda and Becca...if you get this before you leave for the tourney, good luck this weekend. While we're not racing in the same divisions, I'm sure Rafe will hear Sage scream from across the building!

    Hugs,[:)]

By the way, there's clinic pictures under "puppies on sheep" below. I've got some of Cord too but they are nutso - he's tripping over his tongue! I've also ordered some from the pro who was there - Diane Lewis - one good one of Cord (sans tongue, amazingly), a couple of Rocky, and several of Ted's Excellent Sheep Adventure. I can't wait to get them!!!

Carolynn, I didn't know you were on this list too! Wonderful. Didn't get your message before we left but it was fun seeing you and Rafe and Courtney and Dusty out on the lane. What a bummer we didn't get to race you. Sage would have LOVED that (Sage and Rafe love challenging each other on the lane). We had a blast this weekend. We were busy running 2 teams and helping another team run their 2 teams. I really didn't get much chance to watch the racing. We had a great time. One of our teams took 1st place in their division. The other didn't place but we came home with lots of points towards their next titles. And the best was they all had fun. Even Zoe my older corgi had a great time visiting people and begging for food.

    Nothing beats a flyball weekend.

Ohhhhh...I suppose I responded to the wrong forum.  THIS is where we brag about our flyball accomplishments!  LOL!  Our team did well, too.  The team that my dog Rafe was on took first place with me handling him and our 9 year old daughter handling our corgi, Dusty.  Our second team took second place and our vets team didn't place but had a great time running again.  It was cool to see you, too Linda, although Sage and Rafe didn't get to flirt on the lane!

Hope to see you at another one, soon.

Here's a video of one of our teams (closest to the camera). Sage is the last dog on the team--1 red tri aussie.

Who took that video, Linda? That's great!

And I agree with you...I love the blue merles the best!  Wanna see a cool Frisbee shot?

Ah Carolynn, you know the reds are the best! LOL[;)]

One of the guys on JDD took the video of our team. We were helping each other out all weekend and I didn't even know he was taking videos of us!

You've got some awesome flyball and disc dog shots of Rafe I know. And of course you can brag about him being on Skyhoundz training video!

    Aussies rule! [:)]

The endless fight of reds vs. blues....sigh....this will forge on for eternity in the Williams' household (my husband has a red and I have a blue).  My husband has Sage's neice!  But you know the funny thing, Linda?  Peter's next one will probably be a blue!  The chances are pretty high as the litter we're looking at has a blue father and a black mother. Their last breeding together produced mostly blues and a few blacks.  LOL!  I told Peter he's coming over to the "blue" side! [sm=rofl.gif]

I love looking at pictures of my dogs in action.  I have some pretty cool ones.  Now we just have to get some good ones of the corgi...and of Remmy!
