For those who order food online...

I love TWO Wild N Natural. My brats have been on it for about 3 weeks now and are already starting to improve quite a bit.

I had them on the Buffalo November-January. They did great on it and loved the taste of it. I then switched them to Nature's Variety b/c I ran out of TWO and couldn't place an order for a little while....let's just say I am never going to do that again!

Wild n Natural is the best grain free food I have tried so far. Coats are gleaming, eyes are clear, poops are nice and solid and dark and small (well, small for 80lb dogs). Even Macy's hair is starting to fill in and she is actually getting soft! Not even on EVO was she doing this good.

Thanks. That's encouraging. Hopefully, if I try it, Max will do just as well.

I'm switching because he does not seem to be doing very well on the CS. See my other thread about itching & loose stool for the details. I think I have it narrowed down to the W&N or the Bison. But I'm not sure which one I should try. I guess the answer to my question above will help in the decision.

You may want to try the bison formula first.  CS is a chicken based food, as is the Wild & Natural----if, by chance, the chicken is causing the itchies, you may still have that problem with the W&N.

Well, I just got back from the retailer that's not very far from my apartment. It's actually a breeder and it's actually closer then I thought. Only took 10 minutes. I still wasn't sure what formula to get, so I just asked the lady who owns the kennel. She said that she didn't have any of the W&N because she doesn't order it. She did have the bison formula and she highly recommend it. She said that she feeds it to her dogs. She breeds German Shepherds for police work and seemed very responsible. But the best thing about it, she didn't charge me anything over what she pays for it. I got a 33 lb bag of Dakota Bison for $44. Good deal if you ask me. I'm going to begin gradually mixing it in tonight. Hopefully this will help resolve his problems.
