Why don't quality foods advertise?

I see their point tho.  A sample only tells you if your dog likes the food.  Mine eat what they are given so that's not an issue for me.  You want to be able to see stool quality, and whether or not there is an overall improvement in the appearance of the animal.  A large bag would last for a few weeks in most homes and you'd have the chance to see the difference.  In MY house, a large bag lasts a week.....and that's with feeding homecooked at nite.

You SHOULD write the companies, find out what their policies are... you can learn a lot about a company that way.

I found it interesting that they are the only company that I have contacted, that would not send me a free sample, when I asked them for one, they sent me a $3.00 coupon and said to really appreciate the quality of there food I need to buy a large bag because a free sample just does not do there food justice. ON the other hand Evanger's sent me 15lbs.

In all honestly, a 3.00 coupon is probably worth more than the 1/2 cup sample bags most companies give out. The 15lbs is a nice deal though!

They usually include numerous samples and coupons, that's why it seemed kind of cheap to me.
