• M.W.Lewis Posted : 8/19/2006 12:32:19 PM I think the rolls have some funky stuff that the canned food doesn't have. I know they have wheat, which is fine for many dogs (but not mine). I'm using duck and sweet potato and she LOVES it!   They do make them, but they're expensive or at least they are for my big dogs.  Someone posted recently that you can take the canned version of whatever food you're feeding.  Spread it out on a cookie sheet about 1/4 inch thick, score it (so you can break it easier later), and bake at like 450 for 20 min's.  I haven't tried this yet, but I've done it with other things and it worked great, so it makes sense to me. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. • Krista DeBellis Posted : 8/25/2006 8:12:47 AM This is exactly what I do for my dog to use as a treat. I bake them at 225 degrees for about an hour. They come out crisp and are great treats.
