Food Question

I have used it, but then I found out it was made by Diamond, a company I do not trust, and I believe that there has been a formula change tossed in there.  If I remember correctly, it's pretty grain heavy.

IMO, it's the best holistic food for the price. A lot of people feed it with good results, including a friend of mine who has fed it to her Coonhound for the last couple of years.

Thanks! I am going to be getting a few samples of the Chicken Soup puppy formula see if my pup likes it - the ingredient list is impressive and the food is affordable for a premium brand. I'll let you know how it works out. 

 I use Precise, which is about the same price. The deal breaker is, all their ingredients come from the USA, and they have their own plant in TX. Their Foundation formula is a fabulous, no frills, chicken and rice formula. Ena has done GREAT on it, and so have all the dogs I groom, who've switched to it.

I'm 99.9% sure one of the ladies I dog sit for uses it. Her dogs look great. I've not personally looked into it too much - I'm happy with where my dog is right now on his current food - so I can't offer more than that! Hope it sorta helps!

 Chicken Soup is produced by Diamond but Diamond has a 151 checks process they put all of their products through so I am confident in the quality of Chicken Soup.

I just took our 9yr lab off of it. It was causing alot of side effects, that may just be my dog not tolerating it.

The company was real good helping me work through my problems with the food and even offered other options and a total refund.  In the end they know I went to another brand, and they were real good about it.

Like you said try it.
