THE FOLLOWING IS A PARTIAL POST FROM ONE OF MY GOLDEN RETRIEVER FORUMS. LIKE HER, I HAVE NEVER USED ORIJEN FOOD AND DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT, HAD NEVER HEARD OF ZEA MAYS. I DID CHECK AND SHE IS CORRECT, IT IS CORN. AS SHE SAID, THERE IS APPARENTLY VERY, VERY LITTLE IN THE FOOD, BUT IF YOUR DOG IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO CORN, IT COULD BE ENOUGHT TO SET OFF A REACTION, AND ONE PERSON REPLIED ANY AMOUNT SETS OFF REACTION IN HER DOG. SO, THOUGHT I WOULD PASS THIS ALONG IN CASE ANY OF YOU HAVE A DOG HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO CORN AND ARE CONSIDERING THIS FOOD. ALSO, IT APPEAS IF YOU ARE GRAIN FREE, YOU BEST HECK OUT STRANGE NAMES LIKE THIS TO SEE EXACTLY WHAT IT IS.
