There's a guy on ebay that makes them from Biothane, which is like neoprene.... It's a synthetic, leathery material. He makes dog and horse harnesses to order, and says he'll make one that will fit BOTH of my dogs.
Who *IS* that handsome Weim??? He looks awesome! I'll definitely email them.
