has anyone heard of this company?

You know what bothers me?                   I didn't spend a ton of time there but it says "meat".  That's all.  WHAT meat?  beef, chicken, veal, lamb??

'Pet patties' -- my first thot was what pets were made into patties?  ewww -- I'm sorry.  I wouldn't order from them.  Deeper in on the order forms, THERE it lists some things as "all beef" or "all chicken" ... but everything else says meat.  "meat" could literally be from ANY animal -- from skunk to beaver!  I don't see anything that says "USDA" inspected either. "USA grown" -- it's not what it says ... it's what it does *NOT* say.

the website is a bit um meaty but the actual ingredient lists specify chicken and beef.

As far as I can see, 30 years ago when they started making this food, they probably used the word meat to cover the beef and the chicken. I think ...but could be wrong, all they sell is beef and chicken. And they use the word Pet to cover dogs and cats, it appears they make foods for both, not FROM both! LOLOLOL I don't know a thing about this food, can't order it, don't really care. But it looks like a decent mix.
