Lisi's doctors are only giving her until Tuesday/Wednesday (next Sunday at the longest they say).    Maybe someone saw that and got their Tuesday's confused? 

That's so hard to reconcile with the video.  She looks so up and healthy.  It's hard to believe life is so fragile.

 That's an interesting point.  My aunt died of cancer a few months ago and there is no way she could have run like that 3 weeks before she passed..... 

But it is a very nice tribute to them.  I wish her peace.
 

Lis had been diagnosed with AML (Leukemia) a few days before that run.  I believe that she mustered one last run and it was beautiful.

I hope Lis realizes just how many people she has touched.  Last year when Petie was diagnosed with the beginning stages of CHF, she called me and encouraged me not to give up.

Little did I know how profound her words and encouragment would be, considering that I have now been dx myself with Myelodysplastic Syndrome or as it is better as Pre Acute Leukemia.

Funeral arrangements were made on Friday. She is in hospice care.

Lis passed on Tuesday evening.

I hadn't seen this video before today and like others, sat her in tears watching it. What a beautiful tribute she's left behind for all of us.
