but that's a little complicated for rv'ers since you have to cook the brie a little.
I love Brie too !! The great thing about Rving is I can whip up almost anything I can cook at home in the RV too. I have a wicked Heirloom French Onion Soup recp. I have whipped it up in all temps and all over.
I have a lot of fun cooking and yes I admit I love having some of the most eclectic meals and appetizerst ... I had a brie wheel , soft cheeses with a variety of gourmet spreds, ( Sweet roasted onions & peppers...)Fried Dill Pickles with ranch dip, Bread with oil dips, a wonderful crudite,
I love to make salads. I have some soups and chili's that rock and my lasagna and spaghetti can feed a huge pack! We routinally do shrimp boils for the Nationals and will be doing one this year for the Rodeo. It's an all you can eat and drink feast that benefits Rescue and H&G.
Taco Bars and Hotdog Bars are a blast. My Chinese Dinners are fun, I found the service items at Target and can set up a themed dinner in minutes.
Breakfast is my least favorite meal but I can make a mean Eggs Benedict or one of 4 casseroles for breakfast that are really enjoyed. The worst part of cooking in a RV is clean up.
Happily we are only 15 minutes away from Perry Ga and we need to stop for ice..... After setting up camp I am soooo do a nap. It has been a long week at my place!
