I have asked many times and they always said no... Maybe someone else just got to them before I did.  

 I always go to Publix and usually they'll have marrow bones out near the ox tails if they have them. Otherwise they usually have them in the freezer and I just ask for them. They're really good about ordering stuff for me. That's how I get the lamb rib slabs. They special order them for me 2 at a time. 2 slabs cost me about $6 which is a deal.  Each slab is about 4-6 in wide and about a little over a foot long. Probably 8-10 ribs per slab.

And don't leave an open can of tripe in the frig. 

The smell of tripe doesn't bother me at all. In fact when I started using  canned tripe... Green Cow...the smell kinda grew on me.  I don't think it smells bad at all. Wanna smell something NASTY... take a good whiff of some RAW KIDNEY.  EWWWWWWWWWWWW
