Can a 7 month old Basenji eat Orijen Adult dog food?

 I don't see why not.But what's wrong with feeding the puppy food? I think the adult is an ALS,not sure though.

In direct answer to your question,IMO your dog isn't too young to eat the adult Orijen. 

I have a 14 pound dog and my daughter has the 7 month old Basenji. I bought a 15.4 LB sack of Orijen Adult as Molly is one and a half years old so I know she can eat it. According to what this forum said my sack can, could go stale before my dog could eat it all as she only gets about 1/2 cup a day. So I needed someone to share the bag with me just to be sure.

I can not find anywhere on the sack it says ALS. But I my be blind.

 For sure i would share the bag with the Basenji,especially if it gets used up quicker.Even if you dont want to continue feeding the adult the to B,finishing off this bag wont hurt him,and as i said i think you'll be ok feeding it anyhoo :)
