    book or video recommendations

Louise is doing a puppy manners and socialization class and she's really great at her commands.   We're also practicing things that haven't been introduced in class yet with a lot of success, so I feel pretty confident in continuing training on our own for a month or two before taking another class since we're going on holiday and would have to miss some classes if we signed up for the next session right away.   Do you have any good books or videos to recommend that would help me with this?   I'm fearing her "you're not the boss of me!" adolescent phase is coming up sometime soon and want to be prepared.

The Art of Raising a Puppy by the Monks of New Skete. They also have a book 'How to Be Your Dog's Best Friend', which is not devoted just to puppies, but training all dogs.

I also like Adam Katz. He has a book and some vidoes, although I haven't personally bought them, because they are a little exspensive for me. But I know that his methods do work! I'm getting the newsletter, as well.

These I haven't read, but I really like the Patricia McConnell's other work that I have read, so I think they'd also be good.
