...... She has attended seminars all over the world regarding nutrition and also gone to seminars sponsored by propionate dog food companies.

LOL -- Spellcheck threw a doozie in there !! I had to look up "propionate" !!! Something to do with salt.
Prominent -- as in Iams, Royal Canin, etc.

    Spelling for the day.

I read it as proponent.  My dysphasia catches me up on this sort of stuff all the time.  I have to do my own spell checking because my spell checker doesn't even recognize some of the lu-lus I type when I'm tired.  [&:]

I must read things different because I read that she was asking them about THEIR food, asking to try THEIR FOOD or another line of THEIR food.  She was not asking them about rotating some other brand, so i do not get the idea the e-mail or letter was our of line in any way--they are just repeating something I have heard for years and years...which i don't know is true or not.

This was what I said to them (it's not word for word, but pretty close): "I'm thinking about rotating foods with my dog, and was probably going to use your Holistic Fish & Oatmeal formula as one of my foods in the rotation."

So that does imply that I was only going to use one of their foods, which was true. I do think they're a good company, and I think Edie was right when she said:

Audkal everything in that e-mail you posted is geared toward keeping customers on their food, and only their food.It would be a very bad business move for them to admit that dogs need variety(which we all know they do) and that rotating different foods is a positive thing.

I think a lot of companies would've probably said the same thing. But I still feel rotating would be a good thing, and my dog already has an "iron stomach", (which was something I forgot to tell EP), so I don't think he'd have problems with it at all.

I just wanted to make clear that i have nothing against eaglepack,i can see where they are coming from in their above e-mail from a business point of view [;)] Their food is ok and they do have an excellent customer service and all that.

For curiosities sake i might e-mail Natura and ask what they think about rotating with different foods. But i'm not quite sure how to word it without making it obvious.Anyone have any idea's on what i should put in the e-mail?

Hmmm, maybe kinda just be like me and say "I was gonna start rotating foods with my dog" but then say "I might use a few or maybe just one of your foods in the rotation, do you think rotating is a good idea?" Just a suggestion. [:)]
