    dog treat size

Hey is it ok to give a dog treat made for a small dog (less the 20LB) to a border collie (around 35LB)? Im asking because there are different sized dog foods which need to be bought for the dogs size becasue of the amount of fiber, vitamens in them. Im asking because we put small treats into his kong toy and they sit in there really well and the ones sized for him dont really fit so I have to break them and then they fall out. We also use them to train him. Kind of a stupid question but any answer will be appreciated.

I don't see why not-- I think the smaller size is just easier for a small dog's mouth, but it wouldn't do any harm to feed it to a large dog.

Yeah I think the treats for the small dogs are probably the exact same ingredients and everything as the "medium" or "large" ones, just smaller.

It seems to me you should be fine with small treats instead of medium or large....they are just treats so it isn't like it is their main source of nutrition...it's a treat!  A lot of times my dogs and cats would much rather try each other's treats than their own....
