Has she been checked for worms or parasites or anything else like that?  Those things can cause runny poop.  Has she seen a vet about the ear infections?  Did they tell you how to prevent this or what to do?

May just need to try another food.

I forgot to finish... getting sleepy

Natural Balance has less ingredients than most premium foods so you may want to give that a try.  Also here is a great reference for top quality foods you may want to try.

Yes has been checked by Vet for parasites and was given meds for ear infection...That was a couple months back now her ear has started up again When I first got her at 10 weeks old..I tried her with California Naturals...that did not work out well for her...she had runny poop all the time on that food..

When we fed Talus Innova, he had loose stools too...
try adding some pumpkin puree (must be 100% pumpkin)...
    it's a very rich food...

I know that Innova is good food, but a lot of people report their dogs have trouble with loose stools that feed it.  I feed my Dane Eagle Pack, and my son does also. They both have very nice firm stools. My sons dog used to have problems with runny stools but Eagle firmed it right up.
The other problems COULD be seasonal allergies.  By Bubblegum came to me with ear problems about a year and a half ago, and had to be on medicine a couple of times, but I have been keeping her ears really clean and pretty much keeping her away from the ear infections. Again, her good diet might be helping also.

I would try another food if your dog is having stool issues.  You could try some yogurt too that may work as well as the pumpkin.

lots of dogs have soft stools on innova. Try a different premium brand.

I have never had much luck with Innova. Causes gas and runny stools for us too. Yuk.  My sister is switching her puppy off Innova because of the same problem.
Sometimes it can be a matter of overfeeding but it doesn't look like you are. Natura products look great but don't work for my dogs either.

Aren't shepherds notorious for digestive problems?

I'd try another food.  I like PetGuard Lifespan ([linkhttp://www.petguard.com]www.petguard.com[/link]) and Bil-Jac dry or frozen as well.
    Good luck

Our lab used to get yeast infections in her ears on a regular basis. I switched to Natural Balance and its been a bit over a year and so far, no more ear infections. [:D](She also had itchy skin which also has gone away with the food change)

I think its a matter of trying different food to see what works best for your guy.
    Good Luck!
