It says my order must be at least $15 -- I wish someone could explain to me why I HAVE to spend at least $15? I just want to try a 4lb bag as a sampler to see if my dogs like the food, I really don't want to pay $20-40 on food that I may have to end up donating to my shelter.. Sorry if that sounds mean but I just don't think it's quite fair. I just tried to order a 4 pound bag of black forest and it didn't say that... so what formula are you trying to order? I've never seen that on any other site, or maybe just haven't noticed. Anyway, it says, "Our responsibility for damage ceases upon acceptance by the transport company. Purchasers are counseled against acknowledging the receipt of goods before careful inspections have been made. " Is that standard practice? UPS and FedEx just leave packages on people's porches - how could you be held responsible for damages if you weren't there to accept? I have heard people complain of their service on 3 message boards. Many folks have had customer service issues. I personally have NEVER had an issue with customer service in the 8 months I have been ordering and feeding this food and have always gotten an email back within 48 hours.. and as of late, with better customer service, I get responses back within a couple of hours. It sounds like they either have a glitch in their system OR they have a minimum order requirement of $15 which I was never aware of (I always order $100 or more of food at a time so I have never run into this). Tiffany- is there no where LOCAL you can buy a small bag of their food? Did you check their retailers list?  I would email them to inquire about the problem. I wanted to order one small bag of OB and it said my order needed to be at least $15.00 as well. So I picked out a small bag of Dakota Bison to add to the order and the total was $20-$21.. I think they have a minimum order of at least $15.00 because of the free shipping. I may be wrong, but I believe that any size order has free shipping. I'm not sure. There isn't anywhere I can get the food locally..
