Wait!  I know the answer to this.  The By Nature pouches are made in china, but the food comes from the US  and is packaged in a human stew plant in China. Don't know if that changes your mind, but thought I'd explain it.  By Nature personally picks the ingredients that go into it's food.  They ship it to the Chinese human stew plant for packaging.
