Life's Abundance Health Dog Food???

• Life's Abundance Health Dog Food??? mickeyboo Posted : 4/12/2007 9:36:07 AM Hello, I just ordered this Life's Abundance Health Food for my dog and I'm curious if anyone on here has used this for their dogs. And if so, what's the outcome? Is this a good dog food? It's not part of the recall, and their ingredients seem very healthy. Also, their daily recommendation for dogs of 35lbs is 1 1/2 cup/ day as oppose to 2 1/2 cup on other brands. Will this give enough nutritions to my dog? It is very expensive, $60/ 40lb bag. It's an investment for my dog's health and I want to make sure I invest in the right thing. I wouldn't be able to feed it to my dog is because he's allergic to brewer's yeast. As others have said, there is what works for your dog, and what doesn't. What works is different for everyone. There are people here who feed a wide variety of kibbles, people who feed raw diets, and people who feed home cooked diets. There is not one food that is universally better than all other foods. Life's Abundance does look like a good food, but claiming that it's "the best on the market" is misleading. • pugs2 Posted : 4/13/2007 4:23:10 PM Before I had any stores buy me that sold foods like Eagle or Innova, I bought Life's Abundance.  Another Pug person was selling it, and recommended it to me. It was a very nice food, but not better than the Innovas, Eagle Holistic, or so many that I now have available near me locally. I also sort of don't like the Amway feel about the company.
