I need a phone number for Nature's Variety

I need a phone number to call and complain. I bought 2 bags of food which I had to drive 30 mins one way to get and got home and both bags are Freezer burnt and expired. I know it isn't the manufactures problem but the store will not refund me my money they want to replace them when their next shipment comes in which is in a week. They said that they don't service that product that a sales person does and that person doesn't come till next Friday. I want to see if I can get them to ship me some FRESH products.

Yes it does. I did send them an email but I am guessing they won't respond. I have never seen a place that didn't have a number for customers to call. The sad part is she isn't eating the food she has now so I am not sure what to do.

Nature's Variety will probably respond. I had a problem with a distributor that I wrote them about and the area rep e-mailed me back and went out of her way to help. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've had with a company.

They did respond,I was very worried they wouldn't but I had forgot about the time difference I am East Coast. Any way the email says that they will be sending me 4 coupons for free bags of the frozen food to help cover the cost of the gas and to also keep my business. I am happy with the outcome. They appoligized in the email at least 3 times. So now if I do get the coupons I will be happy and I will be driving 1hr once a month to buy my food from a different store from now on.
