Anyone heard of Ziwi Peak?

In an attempt to learn more about this food from Australia, I emailed to see how it was made – extruded, cooked, dehydrated, baked?
here is the response I got from the company:
"The product is not freeze dried, extruded or de-hydrated. It is a unique
process which removes the majority of the moisture and make the product
shelf stable. I can't tell you much more then that as it is a secret
process and many people are try to figure out how to knock this product
off."
I had heard from someone else that the food was dehydrated, however my sample was brown...
does anyone else know anything about the food or Company?

I have never heard of it, so know nothing about it.

Hey OURDOGS8.. I was at the national pet expo in San Diego this month and met the people.. THE FOOD LOOKS GREAT.. although they only make it in small bags... ( i think).. for me i have German Shepherds.. thats an issue.. Ingredients look great.. packaging looks great.. but they are very very new on the market.. dont really know much about them... I just saw their line in the booth...Some of it looked like Beef Jerky

My Dog loves the treats, Venison & Green Lipped Mussel is a favourite.
The food & treats are dehydrated not cooked.
