Almonds

• labcrab Posted : 3/8/2007 11:12:04 AM Almonds can actually be dangerous for dogs but only bitter almonds, sweet almonds are safe.  The kernel in the pit contains cyanide.  I highly doubt you have a trail mix containing bitter almonds though, they're generally not sold for consumption.
