To get you started here are a few books to pick up[

Here is a little guide my holistic vet gave me to go by for raw feeding. I don't have toy poodles and I'm not completely sure if he gave me this guideline for my dogs specifically. Another good book to pick up is Dr Pitcairns book.[
]
Feed 3% body weight
Muscle meat and RMB's - 60%
Veggies/fruit - 25%
Organ meat - 10-15%
Carb's - 0-5%
supplements including Dr Pitcairn's healthy powder. Make sure Carb's are low glyceminc index foods.
For my dogs I pre-cut all my meat, organ meat etc on Sunday and freeze in freezer bags for individual feeding sizes for each dog. My veggie/fruit/yogurt/whole egg including shell mush I freeze some in yogurt containers and leave one in the fridge to add to each meal.
I try to use only organic veggies, yogurt, flaxseeds etc. If you can get free run/pasture fed livestock that is an added bonus...that way your dog isn't getting all the bad things mass produced livestock is getting including antibiotics, growth hormones etc.
If you are uncomfortable getting started you can try some of the pre-made raw meals. Nature's Variety has premade raw, I believe honest kitchen does as well. Then you can go from there as pre-made raw is pretty expensive.
