    the right supplements

So what are a small group of supplements that will help arthritis, HD, and maybe in the bargain help a coat remain good and digestion good. I'm thinking if digestion is good everything will work better right? I am thinking that fish oil and vit E might be goodk, all round supps to give. Some give Ester C. What do you guys think?

    For Arthritis and HD:
I give high doses of Ester C,
Glyco Flex III (it has MSM Gluc, Chondroit and green lipped museel)
Winston's Joint Formula (google it, it's a naturopathic formula with loads of great joint friendly stuff in it)
Wholistic Pet deep sea salmon oil
some herbs recommended by my wholistic vet
and Knox Nutra Joint from walmart as needed in several month intervals when the arthrtis gets bad (awesome stuff, lots of people swear by it, I heard about it from Callie on here, it takes ike three months to see a difference but it literally helps the dog rebuild cartilage!) For an 80 pound dog I give a bit more than half a scoop dissolved in water and poured over his food
I also had luck with Natural Pet Pharmaceuticals homeopathic muscle, joint, and arthritis formula that goes in the water dish... I'm not using it now b/c he has no pain, but if he did I'd go back to it. it's safe for all pets who drink out of the bowl.

Also... hydrotherapy and accupucture/massage/chiropractic work can work wonders for your dog's pain and mobility
