Lamb Lungs

• Lamb Lungs boneyjean Posted : 8/26/2006 6:25:05 PM Today I bought some lamb lungs.  There were also pork and beef lungs there.  The receptionist and vet said they both like them and prefer the lamb to the other meats I think b/c less dogs are allergic to lamb.  They said to give it as a treat.    My main goal was to find some things I can give Izzy to chew on in her crate.  I will have to watch her with them a few times before I would give it to her in there but I know it would keep her chewing on it longer than just a regular treat.  She is really into chewing right now.  I also got her some heavy duty chew toys.   Does anyone else give these to their dogs?  Are there health benefits to it or is it really just a treat?    LIKE 2 REPLIES 99 VIEWS LAST POST BROOKCOVE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. I use them to get new dogs used to the idea that the crat is the place where Good Things Happen.
