Any time your dog is in a strange situation, there will be so sort of di-stress. This can come out in their appetite, behavior, or in the form of diarrhea or constipation. Unless, your baby has not eaten for several days (more than 3, IMO), I would not worry to much about it. When dogs are "stressed" these are ways of regulating their body systems (dealing with stress). Puppies and older dogs are less able to deal with stress, so unless they seem "sick", don't be too concerned. It will all work out when your vacation is over and your all home and back to normal. I would make one suggestion though, try not to offer many different things to encourage eating. This will only "train" your pup that you will offer better things if s/he doesn't eat. I would only use this as a last resort after several days of not eating and only offer very small amounts as to not upset his sensitive tummy.
