I love lasagna, but I hate making it. It's so fussy with all those layers.[

So I decided to see if layers were strictly necessary. Turns out, they're not. [

Careless Lasagna
- about a
ound of noodles (I used the corkscrews and penne)
- a big jar of sauce (or homemade)
- a container of ricotta
- a pound or so of mozzarella and any other cheese you want
- some meat
- any veggies you want
Cook the meat & boil the pasta. Dump everything in a big casserole dish, mix around a bit. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 'til done. It tastes just like lasagna without all the work. [
