I made this shrimp appetizer at Christmas and it was a huge hit -
Toss cooked shrimp in lemon juice, minced garlic, a little olive oil and salt and pepper and let marinate a while.
Blend/process together mayonnaise, fresh basil leaves, and a dash of olive oil to make a dipping sauce.
It's horribly fattening but delicious!
