• Fast *Hot Weather* Salad fuzzy_dogs_mom Posted : 7/24/2006 8:51:29 PM It has been so hot - too hot to cook, almost too hot to eat.  So here's what I tossed up last night. A carton of grape tomatoes, cut in half 3 pieces string cheese, cut in slices A bit of snipped, fresh basil A little green onion A little salt & pepper A drizzle of olive oil It turned out just right for something to eat when it was 112.
