I don't want to hijack this thread, but just for any observers out there, fat and protein on canned food looks low due to the moisture content being high, BUT if you were to compare the protein/fat content of kibble to that of canned, you would need to compare products on a dry matter basis. So, in essence, the aforementioned Blue Maturity has 31%protein, and 13.6% fat on a dry matter basis, and the Wellness Stews are 44% protein and 22% fat on a dry matter basis. Just something to remember when switching from kibble to canned.
Back to topic: Something we have discovered and have loved the results are the Grandma Lucy's Artisan dehydrated raw food mixes--it is a nice addition to our rotation.
