I use a place called heartypet.com

just checked doggiefood.com and their Orjen prices are VERY high

Isn't it funny how that works out----doggiefood.com still has lower prices on the Honest Kitchen, than heartypet, though--the lowest I've found, so far--plus they do run various offers (15% off full order, 20% off full order or free shipping offers as well). The Orijen prices are almost identical for Regional Red and the Original formulas, but a there's a BIG price difference in the 6 Fish. Yikes!

I only checked the fish because that is what I use - but that is amazing how it varies

I just wanted to update that I DID order from doggiefood.com - a week ago. It was a BIG order, too...stuff for my own dogs, my moms, and my inlaws. It still hasn't shipped!!! But, they did manage to take my $$ out of my account. When I called customer service this afternoon around 4:45, no answer. I guess they've all gone home for the weekend. I'd rather pay a little more and have it actually make it here when I need it, then get a "deal" and wonder where the heck my stuff is.

Very strange----I order from them a lot and always receive my order in 3-4 days, which I think is reasonable---A week, not so much. Bummer.

I know, right? Honestly I think it's because I ordered some Natural Balance for my mom - the last time I ordered NB online from another site, it was backordered, so it took a few extra days to get it out to me, but THAT site sent me an email saying, "It's backordered!" doggiefood's website said their customer service was open until 5, so I was pretty disappointed to call at 4:45 and only get voicemails...I know it's Friday and all, but they could at least be there 15 more minutes!

I was having the same issue when ordering from Dr. Harvey's and I wasn't getting a deal, lol. I said, "buh-bye!"

Also, I found a local retailer that can order THK for me at close to what I would pay online without having to buy four 10 lb boxes, plus shipping. I'm thrilled about that!

The dissatisfaction with doggiefood.com continues! I was wondering why it was such a small box when it came today - 33 lbs. of dry dog food usually makes for a big box, ya know? I opened it up and of course, no kibble, and minus a package of treats I ordered too. The box smelled HORRIBLE, like it'd been wet. The seal on one box of THK was broken, and the other box was crushed because whoever packed it put a case of canned food on top of it. There was no packing slip, just a post-it saying that they "owed me" a bag of kibble and the treats and it would ship "asap".

I am not ordering from there again!!

Wow---that is just unacceptable. I usually shop at my local boutiques, but they have often been my "go-to" place when I can't find what I need locally. I have never had a bad experience, but upon hearing this, I am wary to order from them, again.
