AKC Obedience book recommendation

Adele Yunck co-wrote a book called Competition Obedience: A Balancing Act which is what the owners of Dogwise recommended to me when I visited them at a show. 

 Meanwhile, I've got the training under control and really wanted a book w/more specific tips for proofing, so I took a look at her book The Art of Proofing: Preparing Your Dog For Obedience Trials and I've liked it.  She gives proofing ideas right through Utility, and lots of pictures to illustrate what she's talking about.  So, although I never read the whole "Balancing Act" book, when I thumbed through it, it seemed pretty decent to help teach what exercises are in the levels of AKC competitive Obedience, and how to teach them to your dog.  Just one of many books.

  My favorite is Terri Arnold's Stepping Up to Success Book 1, it is an excellent foundation for competition obedience book.

That was the other reco from Dogwise. :D  I just couldn't remember what it was last night.  I flipped through that one and also felt like it would be a worthwhile read for someone getting into competitions on their own.
