Couldn't be because we left two days later for a week at our son's Air Force Base, could it? OK, on with the news. It wasn't pretty at all, but... - - - - - - - - We qualified and got our first RN leg!! And placed 3rd in the process (but I won't tell you how many dogs were in our class. ). • miranadobe Posted : 5/27/2010 12:24:35 PM micksmom I can honestly say, I highly doubt I will enter another outdoor trial.  LOL That's funny - I was just telling some training associates how outdoor events are a different experience than indoors.  As the summer progresses, it only gets worse - you have to get there earlier to try to get shade space, or else you're bringing your own shade source that can be moved around as the day progresses...  Keeping a black dog cool in the summer was a challenge my first year in competitions.  Gracie now has a cooling coat, personal mister, fans, icey bowl, cooling neckerchief, etc. SOOOO, when's your next trial??? 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
