    I've heard more about it for use in equine orthopedic injuries....it seems like it has a lot of potential but the jury is still our on whether it is reliable or not. A really neat idea though, since adult cartilage and things like that don't regrow (or regrow only a tiny bit/stiffer/wrong).

    I am using an Exogen Bone growth Stimulator on her after the second op.  We go for x ray on the 10th of January. She is moving around better, though still not 100%.  I am thankful for all of your kind words through this!

     Thank you for the update. It's good to hear that she's doing better. You've been going through quite an ordeal;  I'll keep you in my thoughts.

    It's going!

    I think she is going to be ok this time. She is becoming increasingly crabby with the confinement. When she was hurting, she was happy to be confined. Now she is getting crabby.. She has "disemboweled" 2 dog beds in 2 days. She is more active off all pain meds. I would love an x ray right now, but January 10 is the next date for x ray. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed till then!

    Glad she is feeling well enough to be crabby!  Time seems to crawl when an active dog has to be confined for a long recovery, doesn't it?  Thanks for the update.
