If you do choose to use Skin So Soft, I think one of the promary mistakes people make is that they use water to dilute the SOS. Instead use white vinegar.
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup Avon Skin So Soft
I've rode horses for 20 years and I've heard people complain the SOS doesn't work, but I think
this recipe works just fine. I used to use it on my dog too who would accompany me to the barn every day so he wouldn't get flies on him. It actually did wonders for his coat (he was a black lab/golden retriever mix) and he smelled better too!
